Introduction

In some circumstances, users prefer to manage their own install of VoiceLayer. This is referred to as VoiceLayer On-Premise. This version of VoiceLayer contains all the features of VoiceLayer, however all the services can be run from inside your own infrastructure. There are several reasons users prefer an on-premise install, these include:

  • Limited or no internet connectivity, requiring VoiceLayer to run on a local network.
  • Security or legal reasons requiring customers to be the sole custodian of the data used by VoiceLayer, or requiring the data to be stored in a particular region or data center.

This documentation will walk you through:

  1. Installing VoiceLayer On-Premise
  2. Configuring VoiceLayer to allow access to the web admin
  3. Advanced configuration
